The Little White House is located in Warm Springs, Ga. It's nestled in a wooded area on Pine Mountain. This spot was chosen because of the close proximity to the healing waters of the Warm Springs rehabilitation center where FDR was treated. At the rehabilitation center, you can see the equipment that was used for treatment and dip your hand into the water. This center is no longer operational, but is open for visitors. A new modern center has been built to replace it.
The garage on the right houses the car that was driven by FDR.

This is an area rich in history. A museum is located on the grounds and a movie is shown at the museum that shows FDR's life in detail. A trip to the Little White House is very rewarding and educational for old and young alike. The Rehabilitation Center is an excellent place to visit for health care providers who are interested in medical history.

Pictures below are shots of the interior. Everything is still the same as it was when Franklin Roosevelt occupied the house. It's like stepping back into the past when you enter. There is an unfinished portrait that was being painted before his death.
